Tipton Poetry Journal publishes quarterly.   We are now accepting submissions for future online publication.    We publish in an online format:  http://issuu.com/tiptonpoetryjournal.   Soon after online publication, we provide a print format of the journal, available for sale to the public through Amazon, and other bookstores.  While we are currently unable to provide free contributor copies, we do provide a deep discount so that any contributors wishing to purchase copies of the issue in which they are published can do so at a minimal cost.

Beginning with our Summer 2020 issue, we will offer a $25 payment for one Featured Poem per issue.  This Featured Poem will be selected by the Board of Directors of Brick Street Poetry, Inc.

Tipton Poetry Journal asks for one-time rights for publication in digital or electronic downloadable format and also the right to retain an online archive. Author retains all future rights to the poem, following publication. 

Simultaneous submissions and previously published poems are ok.  If submission is simultaneous, please submit poems separately so that if you need to withdraw, your other poems will remain under consideration.  Please withdraw poem immediately if a poem under simultaneous submission is no longer available. 

Bios are not necessary, but when your poem is accepted, we prepare a tentative proof and will use what you provide to construct a bio for your approval.  

If a poem has been previously published, please indicate publication in order to be properly acknowledged.
